Every morning starts in the dark. By the time there is enough light to focus a lens, the boat is already in position and the mudflats are filling with waders working the falling tide.

Built for photographers and birders, this one trades distance for patience: fewer kilometres, longer waits, and a guide who will happily hold position for an hour because the light is about to do something.
