The Ghost Lighthouse of Jambudwip

Fishermen say a light still blinks on the abandoned island. Nobody agrees on who keeps it lit.

Jambudwip was a seasonal fishing camp until it was not. The huts came down, the drying racks went with them, and the island went back to being a sandbar with opinions about where it wanted to be that year.

The light is the part that will not go away. Every crew that works those waters has seen it or knows someone who has, always at the same interval, always from a distance that makes it impossible to check. There is no structure on the island tall enough to hold a lamp.
